How We Can Help You as Your Hardee County Property Appraiser
Your home is not just a home. It’s an investment. It’s a financial investment and it is your investment in your family. That is why an accurate appraisal is crucial. An appraisal with an inaccurate valuation, no matter how big or how small the error, makes a huge difference. Your appraisal changes everything.
That is why RE Appraisal Associates makes a point to be constantly updating our knowledge in order to keep up with markets that are changing and shifting from one moment to the next. Keeping up with market trends and proper valuation information is why we are different.
We work so hard because we care about our clients and what happens to them. Making sure that we are always providing our clients with the correct information, valuation, and triple checking our appraisal reports is important to us.
We also know that punctuality is important. Getting you your appraisal report sooner is why our clients are so happy with our service. Some appraisal companies can take 5 to 7 business days to produce an appraisal report. We are able to do that in only 2 to 3 business days so that our clients have less to stress about.

Our Appraisal Services
We offer two main types of appraisal services for our clients in order to help serve you better.
The first and most common type of appraisal that we do is the in-home appraisal. The name is pretty self explanatory in that we make an appointment and then come to the home to conduct the appraisal in the home whenever it is most convenient for you. We will take a look around both the outside of the property as well as inside. Taking pictures as we move around the property is necessary for us to look back on later when we are finishing up our report. It is important to make sure that we are documenting everything for future reference.
We like to offer a virtual option to our clients. It is super simple to conduct on online appraisal. We will simply use video call to walk-through the property with you. Taking a look at everything around the property will be very important. Then we will have you take pictures and send them to us so that we can document the condition of the property and we will finish up the report. It is that simple.
