We provide two different types of appraisal services for you to choose from.
In-Home Appraisal Service
In-home appraisals are by far our most popular option of the two. This is just a standard visit to the property. We will need to take a look around (while also documenting things and taking pictures for us to look back upon while finishing up our final report).
While our Arcadia Florida property appraiser looks around the property they will need access to everything. Even including storage areas like closets or attics.
Virtual Appraisal Service
Online or virtual appraisals are becoming a little more popular (now more than ever). These appraisals are actually quite easy and function just as a standard appraisal would with just one key difference. Video calling.
Instead of showing up to the property in person we will simply use video calling to walk through the house with you. We will still need to take pictures in order to look back on them while writing up our final report.
Virtual appraisals are a great option for those who typically are very busy.
